A Winter Project – New Foils?

Don and I have talked about lifting foils for a Sea Spray in the past – it’s a great exercise for the ol’ grey matter in the winter time. How to build, what size, how to control lift, etc., but we never thought about this shape. What do you think?

North Americans at Huntington Lake

 

Here is a video from the venue hosting the NA Championships for those who may not have ever been to Huntington Lake, California. An alpine lake with fabulous winds that can almost be used to tell time. The wind starts at the same time of day each day and ends at the same time each day.
